I started shooting weddings in 2019 alongside my work in advertising. I quickly realized that I enjoy weddings far more and they quickly took over. I’ve shot hundreds of weddings now, I honestly don’t keep count of how many because I still absolutely love it.

My approach is to be really relaxed and unfussed, because that rubs off on you. What helps me to feel relaxed is to be really organized and professional. I like to plan so that you don’t have to. I’ll keep the schedule intact while you get on with enjoying your day; that is your end of the deal after all.

My style is predominantly candid, I love to get all of those unique, spontaneous and authentic moments. I am more than happy though to do the group shots, details and portraits too but having a plan for those means that there is more time available for the in the moment shots.

I don’t shoot weddings to fill my portfolio or to impress awards judges. I’m not doing it for me, I’m doing it for you and I’m lucky because shooting weddings is absolutely brilliant and the best thing of all about it is the reaction from my couples to the photographs they receive. It is such an incredible feeling when the photographs I took make my couples laugh, cry (with happiness!) and pause for a moment because for a moment, those images have made them remember how they felt on their wedding day. Honestly, that’s an amazing thing to be able to do.

Basically I like Authentic, realistic and genuine with a little bit of glamour thrown in. My goal is for you to focus on enjoying your day and being in the moment for every second of it. My job is to capture all of the shots in the most beautiful way possible, your job is to enjoy every moment and remember it forever.
