We sit down with you and plan your whole day changing ideas if needed to suit you, then run it for you, as a master of ceremonies as well, alongside the venue, and liaising with other suppliers (photographers etc). We start off at the wedding meal introducing the main party in the room to music, in groups, so bridesmaids, to a song, ushers to a song, best man to a miky take song usually, then an amazing star in your eyes moment for you two as we introduce you in. Then depending on when speeches are, we introduce speeches. Then in between courses we keep the 'lulls' flowing with entertainment. Between starter and main is a banter-based part, so expect a game called 'the best celebrity lookalike, then table selfies (creating loads of wedding photos for you) and a possible conga, then after mains a table vs table singalong, and napkin waving, creating 'the napkin shot'. there could be dancing on the chairs (down to your guests that), or congaing, (Down to your guests again). After desert a Mr & Mrs game with you two with a twist 🙂, and no lulls at all. We also hand out a task sheet at the start to collect 'ammunition' off your guests, right at the start of the meal, which is part of the Mr & Mrs game amongst other things, so there's always something going on, or you’re eating a course. We tend to finish off with a great finale as well where we do one last singalong and wrap your guest around the top table with their arms in the air singing a chosen song.
The Mr & Mrs game can be altered or changed to 'advice for the bride and groom' as an alternative suggestion.
We then turn into your evening Dj, or can entertain up to your first dance instead of all night, if you have a band, being interactive early into the evening, to get the night going as soon as possible.
This daytime entertainment is tailored made for you, which makes it totally unique to you from individual introduction songs to guests setting the Mr & Mrs questions. We do some 'discreet' mingling with your guests whilst you are getting photos took as well but more really kick in about 20 / 25 mins before your meal when we gather all your guests together and have some fun before the grand entrances.
