We meet couples at their chosen venue to discuss logistics and timings... how can we make our part in your day seamless. Our load in/set up times, our support with microphones/pa for speeches, our background music featuring your playlists. How our lighting rig will help with creating the ambiance for you. Whether you would like our amazing sax player to play as your guests arrive. What your first dance will be (so if it's a new song for us, we can prepare. Nothing is too big an ask. And we are there for you... communication/responses will normally be within minutes...or maybe next day if it's middle of the night😴
